Major Elements:

• Department Records - Department records are maintained for handlers, canines, and handler/canine teams. Among the many fields provided are fields for notes, awards, duty status and service status.
• Training Records - Training/evaluation records are created for both patrol team training and specialty team training. Performance and training activity elements are custom-defined by the department. Adequate space is provided for trainer and handler notes. In addition, each handler can keep track of activities related to maintaining skills.
• Incident Records - Incident records can be created for deployments, search and rescue activities, tracking activities and other activities involving the canine team. Use of Force records can be customized by the department. Among the many fields provided for data entry are narratives, vehicle and person information, environment and weather conditions.
• Expense Records - Expense records are maintained using custom expense categories and codes, defined by the department. Details can be recorded by category (for example, food expenses) or by incident (for example, all expenses related to an injury).
• Contact Records - Contact information and notes can be maintained on suppliers, veterinarians, trainers and other contacts maintained by the department.
• All data is entered and viewed in easy-to-use tabbed pages. Data presented in grid-format can be quickly sorted and filtered. All elements in selection lists are custom-defined by the department. Reports can be generated for each major element, with selection criteria for generating each report.
