I’d like to take this opportunity to welcome you to Visual Computer Solutions, Inc. – the leading experts in personnel scheduling and time management software, specifically tailored to Public Safety and Emergency Response organizations. In 1998, VCSI developed one of the very first computerized systems for police shift scheduling known as POSS (Police Officer Scheduling System™). POSS was written in conjunction with several police departments. During the design phase, we developed a solid relationship with these agencies, keenly observing their scheduling needs and challenges. As additional requests were made, we created and then incorporated them into POSS, making it the most comprehensive scheduling system available.
