Software licensing fees are determined on a "per employee" basis and place agencies in control of their financing. VCSI provides "Enterprise Site Licenses" which mean that all computers within all offices of an agency have access to the software system. Annual Support & Upgrade Plan (ASUP) provides unlimited support, frequent software enhancements, training videos, and online refresher sessions.
