VCSI Introduces the Fire-Rescue Scheduling System (FIRES ™)

Jackson, NJ – November 11, 2007 - VCSI, the Public Safety Scheduling Consultancy & Software Corporation, is pleased to announce the successful release of the Fire Rescue Scheduling System. Developed in conjunction with several New Jersey Fire Departments and Ambulance Transport companies, FIRES software addresses the definitive organizational needs and response procedures of emergency response agencies.

Designed in a visually appealing format, FIRES has already received rave reviews from fire departments eager to computerize their schedules.  VCSI’s newest FIRES’ users are the Ft Bliss Fire Department (TX) and the Methuen Fire Department (MA).  A representative from Methuen Fire recently spoke with VCSI President, Guy DiMemmo, about future possibilities for FIRES.

“The Methuen representative basically said that there are a lot of interested Fire Departments in Massachusetts,” said DiMemmo, “and there may be a few requests for one or two software modifications. He asked me if I’d be willing to do that.”

DiMemmo went on to further explain that VCSI will customize their software system to further tailor it to meet an agency’s needs.  “My goal is for our software (FIRES) to be as user friendly and industry specific as possible. When an agency such as Methuen is willing to give me their expert opinions on what is needed to make our system the most complete, I’m thrilled! We are always looking for ways to make our scheduling systems stronger.”
